Recipharm is one of Europe’s leading  pharmaceutical Contract  Development and Manufacturing  Organisations (CDMO). We supply over six hundred different products in a variety of dosage forms including solid dose, semi solids, steriles (liquids and lyophilised), beta-lactams, hormones, dry powder inhalers and granulates, from our various facilities. We have recently acquired a pilot facility able to develop and supply recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies for use in clinical trials and regulatory approvals.

Our Product Development Services group activities range from straight forward clinical supply through to more complex product development and formulation. From our development centre we can work on a variety of technologies (including sterile products).  Formulation Development, Clinical Supplies, Analytical Development, Stability Studies, Packaging Development and Raw Material Selection are all core activities.

Our manufacturing capabilities include:

Solid dose including hormones, potent formulations and controlled substances. One of our facilities is also FDA inspected and supplies the USA.

Sterile manufacturing in a range of batch sizes and aseptic filling into a variety of vials, ampoules, multidose eye bottles and cartridges.

Lyophilisation into a wide range of vial sizes as well development and optimisation of cycles.

A range of Beta-Lactam products produced in our dedicated facility including tablets and capsules, dispersible, soluble and bi-layer tablets.

Semi Solids products in varying batch sizes including gels, ointments, creams and suppositories and patch manufacturing in our FDA inspected facility.

Dry Powder Inhalation development, manufacturing, filling and testing in a purpose built facility.

Granulates and Powders - production in a GMP facility with the capability for large scale blending  and packaging  into sachets.

Biologics – development and supply of recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies using mammalian cells.
