Choosing the right excipients is important for poorly soluble compounds.  For example, amorphisation of the drug substance is one way to improve bioavailability of poorly soluble compounds. Our team can prepare amorphous drug substances through small-scale spray drying and then increase dissolution rate by micronisation in a jet mill or by wet milling.
