Sustainability is at the core of how we operate – embedded in our strategy, guided by clear targets and driven by a culture of ownership and accountability across all areas of environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance.
We are proud to have our Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), reflecting our commitment to climate action. Our efforts are backed by strong credentials, including 100% renewable electricity across all sites, industry-leading CDP ratings (A- for Climate; B for Water) and globally recognised ISO certifications.
Our sustainability strategy is fully integrated into our broader business approach, ensuring long term value for all stakeholders. This includes working closely with our customers to advance the development of more sustainable pharmaceutical products, right from the early stages of product design through to manufacturing. Together, we focus on reducing environmental footprints across the entire value chain: through the use of more sustainable materials and suppliers, optimising production processes to minimise energy use and waste, and transitioning facilities toward greener, more resource-efficient operations.
