BU-NOT-SET
Recipharm’s ambition is to promote an entrepreneurial spirit, local accountability and a common management model across its global teams.
Recipharm has developed a number of internal governance documents designed to support the highest management standards across the business, including its Policies, Code of Conduct and Internal Control Standards.
The company’s sustainability indicators are monitored regularly, and each of Recipharm’s operating companies is responsible for reporting status on them. Oversight is carried out at Group level with direct feedback to the CEO and the Board.
Sustainability policies
Recipharm has a strong drive to deliver on our sustainability commitments demonstrating our intent to be a responsible and sustainable company. We achieve this through our vision, business strategy, and global policies.
Our Global Environmental and Climate Policy, and our Global Health and Safety Policy provides an overview of the matters identified in Recipharm’s materiality analysis. Local policies should include the same topics, but also add potential local material topics. The global environmental and climate policy is part of our global documentation system, and is approved by our CEO.
The purpose of these policies is also to meet any external requirements and expectations that Recipharm has committed to adhere to. We achieve this through our vision, business strategy, and global policies. Please see the full documents below.
Environmental and climate policy
Recipharm’s Code of Conduct is a comprehensive guide that defines our commitment to ethical and compliant business practices across our global organisation. This Code applies to all employees, suppliers, vendors, and customers, setting clear expectations for responsible behaviour.
Our Code is built on Recipharm’s core values – Respect, Reliability, Collaboration, and Excellence. These values are the foundation of the standards outlined in the Code, guiding our actions and helping us build and maintain the trust of our stakeholders.
Organised by key corporate compliance areas, the Code highlights primary risks to our business and provides practical guidance to ensure consistent, ethical conduct throughout our company.
