About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Global IT team. This pivotal role will contribute to the development and execution of enterprise data strategies that underpin our business intelligence, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
As a BI Analyst, you will play a central role in designing and implementing robust data management solutions, ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and strategic use of data across the organisation. Your expertise will help shape the way we understand and act on data, driving meaningful insights and informed decision-making at every level.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade data integration and governance solutions
- Develop and optimise data models and pipelines to support seamless data flow
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Uphold data quality, security, and compliance in alignment with internal policies and industry standards
- Integrate data platforms with enterprise systems, cloud services, and analytics tools
- Troubleshoot and enhance performance of data pipelines and queries
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in data management
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in data management, data engineering, or similar roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, data modelling, and data warehousing
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, BTP, Azure)
- Expertise in analytics platforms and BI tools, including dashboard design and data visualisation
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable:
- In-depth understanding of data management processes within business environments
- Ability to translate business processes into BI models and reporting solutions
- Exposure to machine learning, AI-driven analytics, or big data technologies
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Relevant certifications in data management, analytics, or cloud platforms

This is a global remote based role and open for applicants with EU/UK citizenship, or with a valid work/residence permit and permanent residence in the UK, Sweden, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, or Portugal where Recipharm has presence.
