FSSC Process Improvement Lead
Recipharm is currently recruiting a FSSC Process Improvement Lead.

The Process improvement Lead for FSSC will be responsible for driving operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the finance organization. This role focuses on optimizing processes, leading transformation initiatives, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while balancing cost, speed, compliance, and customer experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Design and implement operational improvement and transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy.
- Optimize end-to-end operational processes across key functions (Operations, IT, Finance, Customer Service).
- Drive service quality, efficiency, and scalability through KPI and SLA management.
- Monitor operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, governance, and delivery.
- Implement and standardize project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Gather business requirements, translate them into actionable solutions, and oversee implementation.
- Support senior leadership with data-driven insights, user research, and operational recommendations.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Skill Requirements/Preferences
- 5+ years of experience in finance operations, transformation, consulting, or project management roles.
- Strong understanding of operational excellence, process optimization, and change management.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives in complex environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
