As part of the reinforcement of our Commercial team, we are looking for an Offer Manager. This role will play a central part in the preparation and management of commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contributing to the company’s sustainable growth.
Mission of the role
Ensure the management of commercial proposals, from request receipt to submission, guaranteeing quality, accuracy, and alignment with customer needs and company strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full process of proposal preparation for new RFPs from existing and potential customers, including technical feasibility assessment at site level;
• Collaborate with the Sales team and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution of proposals;
• Support the commercial team through participation in customer calls and site visits;
• Act as the main point of contact until the project team is established;
• Lead internal proposal preparation meetings, ensuring follow-up, analysis, and support for decision-making;
• Define and estimate the activities required for the execution of new projects;
• Prepare commercial proposals, ensuring timely and complete delivery;
• Create, update, and analyse financial data (e.g. Salesforce) to support decision-making;
• Consolidate complex, cross-functional proposals, promoting continuous improvement of processes and tools;
• Manage and analyse the site’s proposal portfolio, identifying improvement opportunities;
• Coordinate and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information);
• Support the commercial team in initiatives, pricing definition, and negotiations.
Profile
- Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry;
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively in dynamic environments;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Experience in proposal writing within pharma/biotech environments;
• Experience in project management.
