About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Offer Manager to join our Commercial team, supporting one of our Sterile Fill Finish manufacturing sites. In this pivotal role, you will lead the creation and management of high-quality, timely offers that meet customer needs, align with group goals, and drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end process of creating service offers for new RFP requests from existing and potential customers including technical feasibility evaluation at site.
- Collaborate with sales and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of offers.
- Support Sales by customer calls and site visits. Remain as the key contact until a project team is formed.
- Lead cross-functional offer meetings, providing updates, insights and recommendations to drive decision-making.
- Definition and calculation of required activities for successful realization of new customer project request.
- Writing new proposal ensuring that each proposal is delivered on time and in full
- Create, update and provide financial data from Salesforce to support Recipharm Management.
- Consolidate complex, cross-departmental offers. Drive continuous improvement within the offer processes and policies.
- Manage and analyze Site offer portfolios to drive continuous improvement in offer strategies.
- Coordinate and filling of RFIs.
- Support the site commercial management team with commercial initiative, price and proposal negotiations.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and organize resources within short to medium timescales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and/or Biotech industry.
- Good affinity to figures and financial contexts
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Desirable:
- Experience in proposal writing within a Sterile Fill Finish
- Experience in Project Management

This is a remote based role, based in Italy, Spain or Portugal.
There may be ad-hoc travel, within Europe, required but this will be limited.
