Recipharm is recruiting a Technical Lead to join its MSAT – Manufacturing Science & Technology team within the Quality Department.

Main responsibilities:
- Execute and lead technology transfers, manufacturing process improvements and product development;
- Perform process characterization and validation, defining critical process parameters and attributes;
- Act as the technical pivot between the various MSAT team members and the client (providing regular updates);
- Organize and lead technical project meetings;
- Stay up to date on industry trends, new technologies and regulatory changes.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering in the areas of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or similar;
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred);
- We are looking for someone with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, who is autonomous and dynamic;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent level of English.
