I feel I am learning something new every day since I joined Recipharm, especially by being with my colleagues. The personal connection between individuals has always been important to me and I found it in Recipharm.

I find myself developing through the exchange of ideas and sharing of different viewpoints. It is so inspiring to work with people who are open and warm, who go out of their way to interact and help one another.

I find working for a CDMO very interesting and challenging. There are other customers and companies to align with and this is interesting because I am challenged to learn and adapt to new situations and environments. At the same time, we are helping our customers to provide end users with the best quality drugs and devices. I feel I am contributing to society. I mean, my baby could be using a device that we deliver…when I think about it like that, I get blown away by how important what we do is. It is a very rewarding feeling…

I joined during the pandemic and was soon made an ambassador for wellness, along with other colleagues, as part of a HR driven project. It is my responsibility to collect feedback from my team of colleagues regarding how they feel, and how they are coping with different issues and managing stress. In this way, I can help to make sure everyone has the chance to voice their feelings and opinions. Wellness in general is of high priority and my managers are truly engaged in the wellbeing of every person at work.

No two days are the same at Recipharm and every day brings with it something new to learn and wrap my mind around. Even though Recipharm has been around a long time and is even a top 5 CDMO in the world, it feels like a young company with so much energy and enthusiasm. I really love going to work!

I was part of the VIE program and was based in Stockholm for 1 ½ years. I was attracted to Recipharm because it is a state-of- the-art global pharma company that has proven its strength through growth and expansion. Before I joined, I had researched the company and understood its strengths and capabilities. I must say that I soon found the company to be even better in reality.

I truly appreciate the management style at Recipharm where competence and the entrepreneurial spirit in individuals are rewarded. There is an openness where everyone has the right to express their opinions. People are respected for the contribution they make and their willingness to learn. This means that how you progress is all up to you and not a matter of routine.

The company is spread out over the world, yet there is a feeling of familiarity, and it is agile. I appreciate the perfect balance between small-scale, hands-on operations where decisions can be made quickly and acted upon, and where an established global structure, size and resources are always available. The other thing is that the Group is actively involved and engaged in every site, no matter where in the world. The Group supports us with opportunities to meet new clients, growth plans and hands-on competence when needed.

I am proud to be part of a company that is a true business success model. We do business and work with multinational companies to ensure their success and this is inspiring. At the same time, I also see a person at the end of the line who is benefitting from what we do. I am proud to contribute in some way to enable people to be cured and live better lives. It’s that same feeling I experienced over the pandemic, when everyone was just proud and happy to keep working because there are people who need what we deliver.

My development within Recipharm has been incredible. I started with a specific position within maintenance. After a few weeks I asked for, and was given, more responsibilities. I have never stopped developing and regardless of my age, I am a manager today. I see so many possibilities ahead and yes, there are amazing opportunities for personal and professional development. Still, the thing that keeps the fire in me burning for the company is the fact that no matter who you are and where you work, the wellbeing of every individual and every site matters.

I work at the lab at Bespak, King’s Lynn as an apprentice. I have been working here for three years now and I find the quality of the work environment to be exceptional. My colleagues are kind and helpful and everyone here has been so supportive and welcoming right from the beginning.

There are courses available to everyone if you want to progress. I learned as I earned, at a local college at King’s Lynn and alongside my colleagues, while getting my qualifications at the same time.

The inclusive attitude of my colleagues made it so much easier for me to start contributing even if I had no prior experience because I felt respected and therefore more confident. The quality of my workspace is also important for me, including the equipment, as well as the safety measures and work routines.

At Bespak we have a department that helps with career development opportunities and methods. I learn a lot from them about the intricacies of what I am working with, the methods and why things are set up in certain ways. To me it comes back to being supportive. Everyone and in fact, the entire system is built around wanting people to do well and succeed, in every job role and steps in the hierarchy. If someone wants to go for another job, everyone, both managers and colleagues will be behind you, supporting and wanting you to achieve.

I find my work intellectually stimulating, which I truly love about what I do…especially when it comes to problem solving and troubleshooting. I am so happy that Recipharm ticked all the boxes that are important to me.

If I had to describe Recipharm in three words it would be goal driven, engaging and supportive. I look forward to growing even more and building my career right here with Recipharm.

Recipharm is a company that has a large market share and is among the top CDMOs. For me, it is a huge benefit to get to learn how to operate in the industrial sector, since my background is within services. After just two years of being with Recipharm, I feel that I have grown tremendously as a professional.

I find Recipharm to be an amazing employer because of the values of the company that are implemented in the day-to-day operations. A factor that is very important to me is the work-life balance that is respected by everyone. You know, every Wednesday we all come together to share a ‘sweet’ moment over ice cream. It’s on the house and it’s a great way to meet and discuss everything and anything!

Water is the prime raw material of our manufacturing process. As a Senior Technician within the Liquid Dose Unit, my responsibility is to take care of the complete process management of water, and to do this in the most efficient way possible.

Recipharm has a good reputation in India, and I heard many good things about the company which encouraged me to apply for a job. I am very happy to say that I have been working with Recipharm for sixteen years now. Maybe it’s true, time passes quickly when you’re having fun!

I have been with Recipharm since 2015, in our facility we work with some of Israel’s leading and largest pharmaceutical companies as well as with small start-ups. We are very proactive and hands on in the way we work and deliver service. I make sure we are tight-knit team, and I am also very hands on in the way I manage and develop my employees, to encourage and engage them to keep growing.

Our customers trust us for our transparency and for our ability to evolve their businesses. It is a competitive environment, yet we stand out by making sure our customers can rely on us for our uncompromising standards of quality. Decisions are taken quickly here; we are highly agile, and we deliver professionalism and transparency right through to invoices.

To keep the fire burning in my employees, I encourage them to come to me with new initiatives. I calculate the financial cost involved in developing the idea as well as if the necessary resources are available. If possible, and if there are people free to take the idea further, then the initiative is followed through and evolved. In this way entrepreneurship is nurtured and promoted, not only for selling viable solutions to customers but also to keep employees developing and growing.

We are tenacious and stubborn; I will say they are values that are definitely part of our DNA. We call clients with new ideas and ways of delivering to higher standards all the time. For example, we have highly skilled chemists in our company who become part of the client’s company for the duration of the project.

Reliability is upheld by way of nothing leaving the company before it is checked and determined to be perfect. A highly competent team of people sit together and are trained to deliver to the highest standards. Recipharm has a system of project management that is very well developed, and we strive to keep to it. This demands a lot of effort and a state of mind where nothing is done in half measure.

We have a plan in place called continuous improvement. This is conducted on purpose to identify the employees with the drive to take a project from beginning right through to end.

We also practice inclusive management. We identify the skills and understand the interests of employees to see how they can best develop professionally. We also see the connection employees have with clients to identify the leaders in the company. Personal contact skills with clients and with one another are taught and nurtured in employees to drive the entrepreneurship spirit and personal skills.

Recipharm is a global success, becoming a top five CDMO within a relatively short period of time. I believe that the prime factor contributing to our success is our people, from top management and right through to every employee in our offices all over the world.

I have always wanted to work with a pharmaceutical-related organisation as I am interested in knowing and learning about what happens with drugs before they are accessible to people. When I was offered a position in the analytical department at Recipharm, I researched and found the blend of pharma and commerce that defines a CDMO to be very interesting.

Diversity is important to me. I like to be around people from all walks of life, as well as professional and ethnical backgrounds. In USA we are a company of about 45 people who are widely diverse. We are supportive of one another, open and always ready to help one another by sharing our knowledge and experience.

I believe that Recipharm is the place to be if you want to diversify your skills. I came without any experience and had no background in CDMO. Yet, I have risen up the ranks in the short time I have been with the company. In comparison with other global companies, Recipharm promotes employees within a short period of time, provided you prove yourself and want to develop. Recipharm has given me lots of opportunities to challenge myself and learn. I have gained knowledge in lots of areas that I had no idea about before I joined.

I want to transition from my current role as chemist to a project manager. The director of my department is making sure I build the relevant knowledge and experience. I am also working with another project manager whom I have even been able to shadow even on certain customer meetings. To prepare me even more for my new role, I have also been tasked to oversee certain areas in our department like training employees. This is a good example of how Recipharm is supportive of an employee’s career growth and where everything is possible if you want it.

I believe I am persevering, and I make sure I deliver results and on time, no matter how hard I have to work. I don’t like to get complacent or have the same work routine every day. I believe my strengths are a good fit with the company. I find it truly inspiring to be a part of Recipharm, especially in the way the industry is growing and changing rapidly in response to the pandemic. New vaccines have been invented and produced very quickly and it is exciting to be a part of this growth and development.

I enjoy working in a company that has a great reputation and Recipharm is known to be a solid company and a good employer. Every day I find that there is something new which I find is a lot of fun. Believe me, there is nothing boring with working here at Recipharm!

Sustainability is important for me when choosing a workplace. After all, we have only one planet and we need to work on protecting it. Recipharm is dedicated to sustainability, and we keep working on improving our ways of working to be more sustainable in such a way that we see results.

We use a lot of energy to produce drugs and therefore we have to be more efficient in saving energy. An example of how we do this is the use of cooling water, where we have adapted our machines to ensure we can reuse the cooling water.

When I am faced with something new and challenging, I know I can always get the support I need from my colleagues. My team manager will organise the right training for me, so I have the knowledge I need to manage the issue. In fact, if I want to broaden my skills at any time, all I need to do is to let my manager know and the course will soon be made available for me. I feel that I am learning a lot of new things and developing every day.

We have a lot of experienced people in the company, and I am very proud to work with them and learn a lot about machines from them. They can teach me things about parts in machines that I have never had the opportunity to even see before. This is a valuable way to learn and grow and I could not have better teachers than my colleagues!

I have been working in Recipharm since 2015 as an operator on the production line. My responsibilities range from washing vials to cleanroom and even to final packaging. I find that time has passed so quickly since I first joined, probably because there are so many things to do and to learn, and new challenges to face. I enjoy every minute of it!

I am proud to be working in Recipharm because this is a sound company that is well known all over the world. It means a lot to me to be part of producing drugs that people depend on to be healthy. Recipharm is dynamic and forward-looking. It is a company that welcomes everyone, regardless of age and ethnicity. This is important to me as I want to belong to a diverse, forward-looking company.

I have held different roles in my time with the company and I have never stopped learning new things over the years. My managers have always encouraged me to challenge my abilities, thus making it possible for me to keep improving and growing.

There are many factors that make Recipharm an amazing workplace. These include our superior standard of quality where we make sure we do everything in the best way possible. There is a very high level of cooperation amongst all my colleagues and, in fact, in the entire company. This is important because it helps to build a positive environment that facilitates our ability to deliver the best results.

We are also always working to find new solutions to do the best we can for our customers. Another important point is inclusivity. I am so proud that my managers and colleagues ask for my point of view either for finding a solution to a particular problem or for a different perspective on an issue.

I would encourage everyone to join Recipharm and this is what I would say, “If you want to work in a dynamic and exciting, clean and safe place and if you want to be rewarded for your commitment, then Recipharm is the place you are looking for”.

I have risen through the ranks to my present position as Quality Control Manager with Recipharm. I am a living example of the fact that everyone is given opportunities to develop, regardless of your entry point into the company. Now as a manager, I do the same for my team. At the same time, I can always count on the support of my superiors to guide me and enable me to be the best at what I do and how I lead.

I make sure I am always available to solve challenges together with my team. To me the Recipharm way is not only about managing technical issues. We do our best to ensure the personal growth of people. I make sure my team attend regular training and in the same way I also participate in training courses to ensure I am a good leader.

I communicate openly with my team and I make sure I truly understand their feelings and opinions about whatever problems and issues that can arise as we work. I believe that in this way I can support and motivate them in the best way possible, to achieve on their own and together with me.

The Recipharm core values and ways of working make us very close knit as a company. We exchange knowledge and experiences, and we learn a lot from each other. The personal contact is very important and is respected, which means that even if we are a big, global company, we still behave small and local.

At the same time, I am so proud of how we have grown, just from the time I have been with the company. We are a top CDMO and we are capitalising on our global resources by collaborating quite a bit across sites, especially regarding establishing and maintaining the highest quality standards.

We are continuously implementing measures for improving the quality and efficiency of processes. The Lean Lab project is one such measure focused on delivering on-time solutions while achieving resource- efficient processes and routines. It was implemented in 2017 across all areas within Recipharm and focused on labs in 2019 to achieve standard-setting results for our customers.

The Lean Lab project is a huge success and has created real value across the entire company. It is also another example of how everyone in the company, regardless of position and department, come together to achieve the best possible results.
