Adapting to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic

This year, COVID-19 has demonstrated the importance of being prepared for the unexpected. No-one could have predicted an extended crisis like this, with society lockdowns, supply interruptions, and big challenges to overcome to continue business operations.

The pharma industry is considered critical in almost all countries, which is why Recipharm have worked hard to continue operations everywhere by adopting the relevant authorities’ recommendations across all countries in which we operate. 

For Recipharm, the biggest concern this year has been ensuring employee safety and wellbeing – not necessarily because staff have been ill, but because of other factors, such as the closure of schools and the need to provide childcare.
