As Recipharm’s pharmaceutical development and manufacturing services can affect the lives, health and well-being of its employees and stakeholders, we must not only comply with laws and regulations, but also work to ensure responsible and ethical behaviour throughout our value chain.
We carry out 6-monthly global safety week, which promote best practice sharing across our sites.
We conduct regular, independent and anonymous employee surveys to assess our colleagues’ engagement across the group. These surveys provide a valuable feedback and enable management at all levels to adapt practices where required.
